The Testimony of Schueler appears to make Chihiro rather than Langhorne into the villain, which makes some sense since I doubt a direct assault on Langhorne would be able to gain traction.

The thing is, whether it's intended by the Inner Circle or not, given who the Testimony chooses to castigate, even after the truth about what Langhorne and Bedard did to brainwash the colonists gets revealed and generally accepted, I can see some people continuing to regard Langhorne as a prophet even if he's no longer regarded as an archangel, especially if the gentler pre-rakurai version of the Holy Writ is available. Langhorne being seen by some as a godly man manipulated by Chihiro seems a plausible outcome at present. (Though far from the only one given the limited information available about either the Testimony or RFC's intended outcome.)

So, Langhornites as an eventual Safeholdian analogue of the Amish?
