I just finished IN FURY BORN. Since there is this new form, is this a hint that MWW is planing a sequal?

I concur. I've written the publisher several times with less than promising messages. More people who are fans of this book and book revision need to step up. Mr Weber, I am a rabid fan of The Honorverse but Path of the Furies is what brought me to you in the first place. PLEASE continue the saga! |

David has plot ideas worked out, but he does not have the time to do them. David has publicly commented on a couple ideas before though. One idea was a prequel of sorts, covering the adventures of a brasher, younger Ben Belkassem as a fresh O Branch investigator. The other idea was more in line of a direct sequel, where Alicia and Tisiphone are separated from Megaera, who is wandering around the galaxy trying to find them.

I'd be happy if he just threw it into an anthology somehow as just a short story every now and then of the three of them wrecking havoc on people.

I'd be very happy to see either (or both) of those ideas in print. Though a sequel sounds as if it could be more interesting at first glance, a young Ben Belkassem could be even better.
Cheers John

Should ask Orson Scott Card to do a collaboration as there are parallels, if one uses one's imagination, between Tisiphone, and the computer/philote entity in the later Ender's Game series books.

Seems to me that the ending to this book leaves open the possibility of a follow-up story.
By the way (btw) I REALLY REALLY enjoyed the book :) ..//* *\\

I read this one as a paperback first and liked it enough to buy it a second time as an ebook when I got my kindle.
I would very much like Mr Weber to write a second Fury book :) If he does, however, I'll only buy it once as an ebook form :) ..//* *\\

I would very much like to see the "Fury" story
continued in subsequent books. In fact, my impression of "In Fury Born" was it looked much like the first adventure of a series. Bearing that in mind, I would prefer future adventures to reading a "prequel". Just one person's opinion :-) R ..//* *\\
