recommend removing 1tn if LBX ammo (30rnds is plenty - 1tn St, 1tn Cl & 1tn according to mission/environment) and 8pt Ar per leg. Re-distribute 1xAMS each torso
(assumed TSM = 2xR/LL 1xR/LA) This would fix the issue.

Further issue is heat, with that many MPL's major Heat issues, recommend replaceing 1 per Arm with 1xSPLs and 1xDHS each, this has the double effect of reducing heat burden and adding anti-infantry defence all-round. You can then run and fire all MPL's and the LBX without overheat. still limited ranges though, great urbi.

I've been wanting to play for awhile now too. can't find a decent group around here. I do run BT at Texicon in the summer (missed it last summer though)

Before FASA went away, I ran in a tournament in Dallas. The rules were, Grand Melee, about 2 dozen people, any non-Clan book Mech. Everybody else was taking 3050-3060s.
The GM came around to me with his huge binder of sheets and asked me what I want. I replied:
'MAD-4A.' :|
'WAIT! Isn't that the old 3025... :? '
'Yea.'
'Don't you want a newer...'
'No MAD-4A.' :|
'Ok, I think I still have one in here somewhere.'
sooo... 51 turns later, I'm standing in the middle of the map, behind cover, with 1 arm on the ground (otherwise mostly unscathed). A few hexes in-front of me is a ThunderHawk with most of it's armor running in steams along the ground and an unscathed (as far as I'm aware - I never bothered shooting at it - had bigger slower targets) Stealth which just jumped next to him.
The TH turned on him and fired his GR, 2 strait thirew (CT I think, maybe ST) insta-kill!. In return the Stealth unloaded into him (kill-stealer! :x ) and landed an SRM in an open side torso, right into the GR. My turn, 'what, I don't have any more targets?!'

Yea I don't need any of that new-fangled junk.
I got PPCs, Lasers and LOTS of armor.

1 Hunter Urban Mech, 6/9/6 Large Pulse, Double Heat sinks, ECM, BAP, C3 Slave, 2 AMS, 6 tons of Star slab or reflective armour, 2 Medium Pulse Lasers, it is the point Mech and the one that keeps hunts down hidden and light Mechs.

Why would you ever build a command mech with C3 Master as a melee range combatant? Take a look at all the cannon mechs which mounts a C3 Master. There's a stunning lack of close range builds. All of them are either snipers, medium-long (as in classic PPC ranges) combatants, or capable of moving fast enough to get decent movement mods. You keep the C3 Master unit away from trouble, not take it right into the middle of it. C3 Masters are high priority targets, so struggling to lumber into range as an assault mech is the worst possible thing to do. You get picked apart by long range fire, while you're incapable of responding with your short range weapons. A single crit will bring down the whole net. That's why command mechs stay apart from the fray. They want to make the range for them, not against them.

Also, there's no way to build either of your UrbanMech. It ends up being overweight or over crit allotment.

More important, Why would you build a slow light Mech with XLs? My first target, take them down quick and eliminate their fire, also the full arm is not necessary, that's why you have feet. I'd go with Valkyries, LRM-15s for IDF or with ArtIV for LR-direct fire, or just add it as a 5th (non-C3 IDF) unit, reinforced Lance.
