Does the EArc contain more chapters than the free samples on the Baen page? There's eleven of them ready to read for free

EARCs are the full novel, without proofreading or editing.

More accurate to say without copy editing. Most of the story-level edits have been done at this point, but there's no guarantee that all the continuity stuff has been picked up yet [which is one reason why changing copy editors part-way through a series can be disastrous].

Please note that the MAP of the Outworlds
in the HG Sector is identical to the MAP in HHNF,
no additions.

The distance shown for Thermyn is the one
between Failcham and NU. I found that the
distances between Failcham & Nairsom,
and NU & Nairsom, are about the same,
+ or - about 100 miles, making a triangle
which is almost equilateral for
the Portals in Thermyn.

Remember that this differs very much from Traisum,
in which the Salym-Karys distance is about 1,000 miles,
but the distance from each to the Kelsayr
Portal is about 10,000 miles,
and several of the best routes
between Salym and Kelsayr pass within 500
miles of the (Salbyton) Portal to Karys.

I read somewhere that only the first 1/2 of the novel was available as an eArc in December, with 3/4ths being available in Feb. But you guys have bought it, and its the whole thing?

What you mean is the regular ebook. That will be published in 3 strikes: 1st is now and covers the 1st half; 2nd is January 15 and covers the 3rd quarter and the last one will be around February 15, which will be the day the book will be available outside the Baen-Book-Bundle for March 2016.
The bundle will not be available after this date.

The e-Arc, on the other hand, is the unproved full text of the book. It, too, will available only until the full publication of the regular ebook.

You are describing the Baen Monthly Bundle that contains Road to Hell not the E-Arc, they are two different things and I fully explained the difference in another thread:
viewtopic.php?f=6&t=7611&p=212021#p212021

Bundles give you all the books for that months in installments starting with half. E-Arcs are the entire book as turned in by the Author for final Copy edits. Bundles cost $18 for 6 or more books spread over 3 months of download, E-Arcs are $15 per book for the entire book in a single download.
