Sitting in a club chair, mostly with a cat on my lap, and drinking an Irish mule. The other details are not important.

Another vote for audiobook once Audible has it. I drive for a living, so 5 hours a day I listen to audiobooks as a way to pass the miles.

I work full time, go to college full time (at age 62) and have a wife, 5 cats, 4 dogs and one teenager at home, so there is never an uninterrupted activity, unless it is working in my home shop after school and before bed, i.e. From 2200 until bedtime at 0100 hours. I do have to be back up at 0600 everyday but that is really the only time I can reasonably call my own.

How will I be reading it?

In electronic format, because I'm still trying to reduce the house's overflowing content of hard copy,

... and first, very quickly,

... and then again, much more slowly,

... in both cases, accompanied by cups of tea, varied with occasional glasses of low-sugar ginger beer with a shot of Angostura bitters :D

Unfortunately, I will have to read it on Kindle.
Which means a double purchase (This hurts, especially as the Amazon offer of a reduced price for those purchasing the hardback version does not appear outside the USA and Amazon.com will not ship this to the UK). a pet peeve with "Kindle" is that it is not easy to "skip ahead" and return.

It is ordered, so just as soon as I download it on availability.
Reading will start immediately. in the living room of our apartment in Pattaya
Hardback will not be accessible until my return to the UK on 8/12/16.

Any accompanying beverage will be Strong, Black Coffee
No music, as SWMBO will still be asleep.
Any Snack will probably be "Nissin Cup Noodle" - Tom Yam Goong flavour

Format is all three print ebook and my kindle text to speech mode. While reading the print version I will become something of a hermit with a do not disturb on pain of a long lingering death sign on my door, for my roommate. I will sit back in my comfy reading chair with appropriate snacks and a liter of Barq root beer in the chill sleeve.

Book Format (Print/Electron/Both): Print. Ebooks are convenient, but dead tree books just have more soul.
Expected Arrival Date & Time: Nov. 8th, will pick up my preorder after work.
Single Sitting Read (Y/N): Yes. Very yes. I do not put down a book I am reading for anything short of the end of the universe.
Married? (Y/N): Nope.
Expect Interruptions? (Y/N): Better not be any, because anything that interrupts me is getting shanked.
Music? (Y/N): Nope. No distractions.
-> If yes, Headphones (Y/N): N/A
Beverage? (Y/N): Probably.
-> If yes, Type: Most likely coffee, OJ, apple cider, or iced tea.
Snack? (Y/N): No, don't want to get anything on the pages.
-> If yes, Type: N/A
Expected Reading Time for 1st Read?: Estimated ~5-6hr, assuming roughly similar length to Hell's Foundations Quiver. I read pretty quickly.
Immediate re-read? (Y/N): Not likely 'immediately', but within a week or so, yes, once I've had a chance to digest it a bit.
-> If yes, how many?: Probably once, at first.
How tight will YOUR snerk collar be?: Not actually sure what this question means. If it's 'will you participate in spoiler threads on the forum?', probably some, but not extensively.

How long will you take to want the NEXT Book? (do not use pico-seconds): Roughly 1 Planck time. ;)

This is one of those times that I'm grateful I live alone and already don't normally do anything 'interesting' in the evenings, because I'm disappearing into my grotto as soon as I get home with the book and I'm not coming out until I'm done.

I will get it the evening of release and start reading it. Since I will have to work the next day, I will have to read it in at least two sittings. Thankfully, my wife doesn't pay much attention when I get surly over being disturbed. She just whacks me and keeps on.
