I was hoping to hear more from Cody Cortazar but this too is just fine. I should note that RFC followed a similar pattern in BSRA when the diary of Jeremiah Knowles was revealed. First we had the scene with Merlin, Maikel and Father Zhon which ends with the quote from the US Declaration of Independence, then we had an utterly unrelated scene on Helen Island with two Charisians officers discussing the possibility of exploding shells and then it switched back to Merlin reading the Diary and cross-referencing the names on the databases in the Cave. So here's my fingers crossed for HFQ following a similar pattern.

I'm I the only person confused with having both a revolver and a rifle designated the M96, or did I misread that.

the M96 is the nickname for the Model 96 bolt action rifle. The Mahldyn .45 is the nickname for the Model 96 revolver.

Snippet, snippet, who's got the snippet....oh, yes, there it is! So grateful to RFC for the latest, even with his heavy load of other duties. Love to see how the introduction of railroads is going to be played in Zion, until they find they need them just to stay two steps behind.

Why is it that pump-action shotguns get all you gun huggers so excited?

Looks like Khody's diary really is going to be a big deal, it would be a huge letdown (I want to say hugely bathetic, go on, indulge me) otherwise after all this build up.

Partly because even gun-haters recognize the distinctive "clickety" so the "Boom" is often unnecessary. If it is necessary, it generally only requires one or two "Booms."

Thank you for the snippet RFC.
