According to Eric Flint's website, the sequel is done (Called tentatively the "Macedonian Hazard", but not yet scheduled for publication.

Yeah, Baen bought it earlier this year. The manuscript was turned in at the same time. No confirmed publication date yet, but the likelihood is late 2020 or early 2021.
