What is the policy on getting books signed by an author?

Are you expected to pay for the signature?

How many signatures is a reasonable limit at a session?

There is/was at least one author who was notorious for destroying any copies of one of his books when presented for signature. Do any of the guest authors have books they hate?

PM me with the name - I'd really like to know who that author is so I can avoid buying their work.

Also keep in mind that David has an old injury to his hands. They tire out very quickly, and from what I've heard, can get pretty painful. That's why he doesn't type his books, but dictates them in Dragon Naturally Speaking software.
