And smr, you had a retired Supreme court judge, and the Bar association, say that Kavanaugh's behaviour during the confirmation was enough to rule him out of contention.

Not his alledged actions as a youngster, his actions now. (Well, the other week)
Hell, even the Chief Justice has indicated that Kavanaugh should not have been confirmed. After the fact and indirectly, but he did it.
