I'm saying I doubt he said that all. But I'm inviting you to back it up.

Of course you *never* do.... so I'm not expecting it this time either.

Methinks an ultra liberal is someone who is vaguely left of center.

Btw, he's wrong. Nixon was being pinged for Obstruction, in part for the same things Trump is doing.

Also, Dershowitz and Mueller have history. Personal history.

I not aware of that but does not mean your incorrect (fued). If it is true, it's something to keep in mind. Point two, Dershowitz is a friend of Trump! I think he has known him for at least 20 years. Heard that on some show.

Here's a weird one.

The Federal government has no authority over immigration, only naturalization.
Which, according to the 10th amendment makes immigration a purely state issue/power.

Since article 1, section 9, clause 1 is about slaves it no longer aplies.

It seems that the current interpretation is that the power to regulate immigration comes from the US's existence as a sovereign nation. That seems like a rather expansive view of the matter.

That's the specific point that people use use the arguement use.

It was assumed as part of being a nation.

But with the 10th, that assumption is wrong.
The Federal government can't assume it has the power, it must be specifically given it or else it's a State power.

Large chunks of the federal government run afoul of that. From a purely practical standpoint the 9th and 10th are treated as not actually existing.

So if you can do that with them, what about the second?

I guess it's official now.

Cohen has apparently flipped hard on Trump.
