Both of them, but probably more from Biden than from Trump. The strongest argument Ye made in his initial pitch is that the argument that the only choice for black america is to vote Democrat is inherently dismissive and racist; I think that this will resonate at least partially with black americans who aren't all that enamoured with the DNC as a party or Biden as a person.
That said, this is all very weird.
