Seems like a collection of fairly straight forward common sense statements, with the exception of using the word "radical" where it didn't belong...

Looks more or like the briefs I've seen when dealing with potential customers that are finicky, it's mostly do's and don'ts to increase the chance to land a deal.

I reread it to be sure. Can you advise as to what's the problem or significance? I assume that because Brietbart published it there must be something that they felt was off?
