I agree that China becoming a belligerant would make the situation even worse. However; China's nuclear arsenal is not much larger than Pakistan's or India's and China's weapons are not much more sophisticated than India's. Each country has the theoretical capability to kill 20-40 million people outright. The destruction and disruption of technological and industrial infrastructure would kill may be 100 million more. |
