Trump committed “bribery” which is grounds for removal from office.
The US Constitution specifically states --------------- Section 4. The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors." ------------------------------- Bribery is defined by Black's Law Dictionary as the offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting of any item of value to influence the actions of an official, or other person, in charge of a public or legal duty. [1] With regard to governmental operations, essentially, bribery is "Corrupt solicitation, acceptance, or transfer of value in exchange for official action." [2] Gifts of money or other items of value which are otherwise available to everyone on an equivalent basis, and not for dishonest purposes, is not bribery. Offering a discount or a refund to all purchasers is a legal rebate and is not bribery. A bribe is an illegal or unethical gift bestowed to influence the recipient's conduct. It may be money, goods, rights in action, property, preferment, privilege, emolument, objects of value, advantage, or merely a promise to induce or influence the action, vote, or influence of a person in an official or public capacity.[3]” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bribery The House Of Representatives’ can impeach a sitting president which impeachment shows clear and concise evidence that the President committed “bribery” the House is then required to forward their evidence to the Congress. If the majority of Congress agrees with the House’s findings, then by Constitutional law the president is “removed” from office. We're here Chuck, but most people won't discuss politics unless it's in the Politics forum. That way, you're covered if the dialogue devolves into name calling as a result of your temper blowing the lid off of the pressure cooker.
Move it there. There are two impeachment threads. One trending now. Son, your mother says I have to hang you. Personally I don't think this is a capital offense. But if I don't hang you, she's gonna hang me and frankly, I'm not the one in trouble. —cthia's father. Incident in ? Axiom of Common Sense |

Oh well, if shortening the front is what the Germans crave, Let's shorten it to very end - the length of Fuhrer's grave. (Red Army lyrics from 1945) |

To be blunt
the moronic feckless useless cowardly, bigoted, incompetent, greedy, sociopathic scumbags in power across much of the Western world, from the "Tangerine Scrotum" to "Boris the Morlock" are the result of a 40 year old path down a foul path towards corporate fascism and a love of the most evil woman in history: Ayn Rand (and yes she is, Anton LaVey's quote on the sleek is the most perfect and telling! https://friendsofjustice.blog/2012/08/27/ayn-rand-the-mother-of-american-satanism/ ) The Elite don't want to obey the law or pay taxes, AT ALL so they pay for these verministic politicians to take over, there's HUGE dark webs of support such as private detectives doing their dirty deeds, PR corporations (which is how Hitler went from "loon in the wilderness" to "Chancellor" so fast") add in the intelligence agencies selling themselves out to these interests to provide blackmail and industrial secrets Snowden only touched the surface of what's going on...good few years ago the French government blew the whistle on ECHELON being used to steal their industrial secrets and get blackmail info, NOT stopping enemy agents etc that is part of why genuine normal healthy businesses CANNOT WIN and have being slowly destroyed over the times since Thatcher and Reagan got in So we get these rotten politicians who are, exactly like Hitler, funded, backed and set up to achieve a goal for monsters even worse than the demagogues are. Trump and Boris are NOT CONSERVATIVES!! they are scum, huge difference Eisenhower would arrest Trump and Mitch McConnell's lousy asses in a heartbeat and Teddy Roosevelt would SHOOT them! Note also: Trump and Boris, blue eyed, blonde haired sociopaths Ever heard of "The Boys From Brazil"? and from Poland to Brazil to Italy to Australia and more we've seen these slime take over conservative politics and funnily enough...you keep finding banks and corporations and very dodgy deals linked to them The London Housing Bubble is the largest financial bubble in history it's insane, iirc its about $1 TRILLION US dollars now they keep buildings empty, prices keep going up because...it's the biggest money laundering scheme on the planet it's like the "shell game", they move houses ownership around in paper, to wash the money also means ordinary folk in London were driven form their communities years ago by the prices...and in some cases, thugs hired to drive them out and who was the Mayor, hm? and what mayor cut back on fire and police many other services, hm? BORIS! oh and look at what a mess Boris and Trump have made of Covid 19 Boris was going to let over a MILLION British people DIE because of his and his "groups'" insane ideology taking over from science even David Cameron accused Dominic Cummings, the creepy Svengali behind Boris Johnson as being a "career psychopath"! Trump's behaviour at the pandemic press conferences prove the man is...out of his mind and anyone with the slightest experience with psychopaths knows that's what he was all along, now...God knows what ailments and prescriptions are chewing away at his addled brain! not the SLIGHTEST empathy or sign he gave a DAMN about anything other than...the stock market at pres conferences where the fate of millions of his people were depending on him! Doe he give billions to ensure ordinary folk have WAGES? no, he buys oil and gives bailouts to the rich, AGAIN! And who shut down the Pandemic office and many other such acts? TRUMP & CO! And Mitch McConnell makes the oily weasels of Renaissance Italy's politics look like saints! Machiavelli would bathe in bleach after shaking his hands, I'm sure Satan seems to be winning |
