Depends on what the nursery age would be. He's about a year and half at most. born around April-May 1921 and it will be around late 1922.

That is certainly still nursery age. Up to about 2-yrs-old. I was just hoping the timeline in UH would be advanced, by at least, two years. But, that would probably be unwisely affording Kong too much time to gain his balance. Though I did want the gorilla to at least change into a few new outfits, to make him look juuust a little better.

Son, your mother says I have to hang you. Personally I don't think this is a capital offense. But if I don't hang you, she's gonna hang me and frankly, I'm not the one in trouble. —cthia's father. Incident in ? Axiom of Common Sense

Some of the "littles" in Grayson were still in the nursery at four.

All of this is arbitrary. My grandkids each has had a separate room since they were a few months old (when they could and generally did sleep through the night).

Keeping kids together for convenience sake still works pretty well.

Yes, indeed. But you have to consider it in context. Raoul's language and the fact that he is still... in a crib...

And so she’d handed him as gently as she could to Lindsey Phillips and walked out of that nursery, heart breaking at his sobbed “Mama! Want Mama!” from behind her. Now he lay exhausted in his crib.

even assuming she doesn't take the haventites along given that they sent a lot of ships to help michelle, though I seem to recall most of them being below the wall, eighth fleet alone can take anything the sollies put in her way.

The real issue may be WHERE she is heading. If she goes to Terra, that is one thing. However, going on raids to a lot of places to first clip the Mandarins' wings would be even more useful.

But it would be fun to see the Mandarins desperately doing tap dances to cast blame on everyone else.

The mood she's in, as described by RFC, she's not going to want to waste time pissing around lopping off some branches. She's going to want to go straight to the root of this evil.

The Mandarins' ability to game the system they way they, and their predecessors have been doing for centuries, is about to come to a screeching halt.

Don't be confusing tactics with strategy. yes her goal is earth. However her strategic goal is to make an unambiguous demonstration that the league is just way outclassed. She may wish to punch out several FF and/or BF advance bases. totally trash them except for 1 unit or maybe 2, Send one off to her next destination to give them penty of warning that Hell's coming to Frog Town. Send the other straight to Earth with the same message, so when she gets to each, there's no excuse when she walks right through them. And of course repeat. But it's a function of just how much battle porn His celeryship wishes to subject us to.

I wonder what opening line the Salamander will use when entering the Sol system. Of course she'll use her signature line "Let's be about it," before actually entering the system.

But how will she choose to open up dialog with arrogant idiots.

RFC has said that somewhere in this book Honor will come up with a one-liner in the same class as "Oops" and "Why do people like you always think they are more ruthless than people like me?"
That sounds like the right place.

Blowing up the SLNs main space base in the sol system (Hyperion One?) should accomplish that nicely. As a bonus, IIRC it is far enough out to avoid debris impacts on inhabited planets.

Sure, that's great ... for the final flourish. I just think it would be more, uh, poetic to have them sweat buckshot knowing she is coming for them kicking in doors along her way.

“I’m sure, Mother.” There was no emotion in Honor’s voice, but she managed a brief caricature of a smile. It vanished quickly, and her nostrils flared as she reached up to the silent, grieving treecat on her shoulder. “Like I told Elizabeth, this has to end. And I’m going to end it, once and for all.” ...snip

My bold

Nimitz is grieving, is that because of the loss of Samantha, and as one of the posters mentioned earlier, could that mean Hamish & Emily are also gone?

We know Nimitz was fond of Jacques but would he be grieving so intensely if it wasn't more personal to him?
