Have at ye, kiddos. I'll chime in with my opinions when I can do something beside sob hysterically and clutch my hands to my heart.

Rose, if you are still in UK, where did you get your copy from?

Apart from Amazon, the sites I have found with the ebook are only selling to US customers, I don't want to use Amazon as I want an epub version not the Kindle version.

Thanks

I did a [mumblemumble] and snagged the epub through Amazon.com with a US bank account. Not gonna work for non-expats, I'm afraid. :(

You could try to buy your epub-copy at http://www.hugendubel.de
I know they have it; but I don't know if you could register there without a german adress ...

The Book Depository might also have it!

She took it.

methinks RFC loves to finish his works with this sentence... or something approaching...

Reminded me right away of the ending of MoH.

Besides that, was surprised to see that Kevin and Eloise had known each other THAT long...

Good background story, even though Honorverse fans knew beforehand how it would end, alas.

In USA, I just downloaded it from B&N. Haven't read it yet.

The second time "she took it", Eloise secures the legacy to Estelle she fought so hard for.

Approprié, n'est-ce pas?

Eloise has been reaching for her "star" for almost half her life. I would "take it" too when it finally comes within reach.
