Based on the Wayfarer's record, no one would go after Honor. She wiped out a real lot of ships. That four probably deserters who planned to cripple the ship were not taken off was negligible as a problem. I'm not even certain that it could be considered as a violation of rules particularly as people were transferred to a civilian ship.

And I don't even know if anyone would even notice their deaths. A huge hunk of the crew were killed. It was a heroic battle. And by saying it was an Adermanni signal it got the Havenites off the hook.

High Ridge, etc., would have looked terrible in going after her.
