I enjoy history and have be reading the entire(current)
archive of post.
Besides the parts lines were from an old commercial.
and I wanted to acknowlege the killing of this dead horse
by RFC in his first snippet.

Trust me... It won't die. People will still post what "should" have happened to them.... For years and years.......

RFC said "refitting a Beowulfan SD to Manticoran standards would be just as difficult as refitting a standard SLN SD to those standards. In other words, it would be cheaper and faster to build new ships."
