Totally agree. I touched on it myself.

"Wait, wait ... wait for us!"

That's part of it, but the people in the camps, especially the leaders, were being standoffish, to prove that they had had nothing to do with the coup/escape. How is it going to look if they are running the food shuttles, and growing the food when the Peeps do return to Hades to investigate?

Yea.

You know what readily came to my mind? I immediately drew a parallel to institutionalized prisoners here on Earth who can no longer function on the outside, or worse, want to even try.

Son, your mother says I have to hang you. Personally I don't think this is a capital offense. But if I don't hang you, she's gonna hang me and frankly, I'm not the one in trouble. —cthia's father. Incident in ? Axiom of Common Sense

50-60-70 years of the same routine will tend to do that to you.

I'd like to have the possible POV of Stacey Hauptman when she was a super rich 16-yr-old who owns her own version of Honor's personal vessel screaming about Manticoran space getting on the Navy's nerve.

"Stacey Hauptman, I don't care who your daddy is, get that thing outta here!"

"Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, catch me if you can!"

"Damn, Sukowski sure taught that kid how to handle that thing!"

"Yea, she's better than you are even now."

"Bite me!"

Abby's first "date" is likely to be a formal affair -- not Tux and Tails, but a "hands-off" situation until Abby is comfortable and trusting of the asker.
Similar to the advice the father of one of my friends gave her potential suitors -- "If you lay one hand on my daughter, I'll break it"

Personally, I think Abigail has already been "out" more than once, just not with the low-class jerk-types that -- having made it into the Saganami Island military academy, thought that gave them standing with the Grayson girl. I think she's earned enough of her stripes in the mean time that it will take quite a good man for her next serious date. Although personally, I hope her next permanent beau has six legs, really sharp short claws, and a cool name among his own clan. I think a treecat would like her a whole lot.

Yes, but they'll argue all of the time ...

"Do I have to let Tester sort this idiot out too?!!!"

At which point Abigail says "yo Mateo, the 'cat says this idiot needs a little bit of sorting..."

POV at the reclamation yards, the breakers ...

"Ye gonna nae dae that Lassie. Ye must let her goo. Ye must let her goo."

"I'll ...sigh ... damn well let her go when I please! I'll let her go when ... I ... I ... please. Fearless sir. She's ... Fearless, and she ... she ... she deserves ... be- ... be- ... better.

"That she does Lass. That she does."

I would like to hear the POV of Citizen Commodore Yang, the Havenite CO of the escort group that went to Hades and surrendered to Honor

Citizen Commodore Rachel Yang was regular Navy / PN not State Sec and seemed to be a reasonably decent sort, from what we saw of her.

Since she was with the first convoy to arrive at Hades, she must have learned her x-CNO Amos Parnell was alive and part of the evacuation party along with Admiral Sabrina Longmont. She may have even met the two of them.

If she has survived, she would have been under Legislaturist, CPS and Republican Navy commands.

AND survived her OWN stay on Hades.
