I just listened to an interview with David Weber by Jonathan Koan at DragonCon 3023.

David discusses several topics and let's drop several upcoming projects.

You can find the interview on David's Facebook page.

First upcoming project is an Honorverse trilogy, featuring Edward Saganami, written by David Weber, Tom Pope and Jacob Holo.

Second upcoming project is a book about Alfred Harrington by David Weber.
From what I gather it deals with Alfred's time in the RMMC.

So continuing with the fight against Malign is only a third priority at best?

He has mentioned the book about Alfred Harrington and the Marine action that earned him a medal in a talk from last year or earlier.

Frankly I am discouraged.

PS: DragonCon was held the beginning of this month.

He's been talking about the Alfred Harrington story since before Anthology 6 was out. It's a long time coming....

RFC said "refitting a Beowulfan SD to Manticoran standards would be just as difficult as refitting a standard SLN SD to those standards. In other words, it would be cheaper and faster to build new ships."
